How to Use Weight Loss Affirmations to Manifest Weight Loss
• Say Your Weight Loss Affirmations Often
You need to say your weight loss affirmations every day for them to work. If you only say them once, that is not enough to change your beliefs. The whole point of doing affirmations is to engrain a new belief in you and this takes time. So, make sure you are consistent with them and say them every day.
• Say Your Weight Loss Affirmations When You Feel Good
It’s important to say your weight loss affirmations when you feel somewhat good. If you say them when you feel terrible, they will have the opposite effect and make you feel worse.
Weight loss affirmations get you into a new mindset where you feel empowered and good about your body. So, saying them when you feel positive is important.
If you feel really bad about your body, I wouldn’t say them again until you at least feel someone ok. You want to make sure they are changing your vibration for the positive and not the negative.
• Say Them When You First Wake Up or Before Going to Bed
If you say your weight loss affirmations when you wake up, that energy will be with you all day. It will also be easier to focus on making healthy choices throughout your day when you say them first thing.
Saying your weight loss affirmations before bed is also great because it is what your subconscious will remember throughout the night. You will eventually wake up with these new beliefs the more you say them. It gives your mind a chance to think about them all night long and begin creating them in your reality.
• Record And Listen to Your Weight Loss Affirmations (In Your Own Voice)
Hearing your weight loss affirmations in your own voice is really powerful. It is ok to listen to someone else saying them but when you hear your own voice it feels more real. It is more personal to you.
I recommend recording your affirmations (I use my voice recorder on my phone) and then listening to them whenever you get a chance.
• Pick One Weight Loss Affirmation to Write Out Every Day and Focus On
Pick your favorite weight loss affirmation and write it out a few times on paper and then focus on that throughout your day. Writing something down is extremely powerful and helps to amplify your manifesting powers.
In the present tense, write it out 3-10 times once or twice a day. Pick one to really engrain that specific belief into your mind. Then the next day, pick a different one if you want. See which one you are drawn to each day.
