4 Natural Ways To Boost Your Immune System Immediately
Your immune system is a very complex structure, and many things influence how strong it is. It isn’t just what you do physically but energetically that affects it. Toxic thoughts and energy can be detrimental to your body. However, there are spiritual and natural ways to boost your immune system that are often overlooked.
How your immune system responds isn’t only about food and exercise but also about the energy that you feed it. Your environment, the people around you, and what energy you are bringing into your body all affect your physical health.
4 Natural Ways to Boost Your Immune System
1. Spend Time with Positive People
The first natural way to boost your immune system is to be very aware of who you are spending your time with. Just being around people who have positive energy can help you naturally raise your immune system. This goes the same for being around people who are negative.
Everything is energy and if you are around people who are always worried about their health, see themselves as a victim, and who see the worst in every situation, you may pick up on that energy. This is especially true if you have empathetic abilities and can easily tap into the energy of people.
However, if you are always around people who see themselves as healthy, vibrant, and strong then you will also tap into that energy.
Energy is contagious and the environment that you spend your time in has a huge influence on how you feel physically.
As an example, I used to date someone who had a lot of anxiety and anger. I, being very receptive to people’s emotions began to get really sick. My back started hurting, I had anxiety, I got strep throat, my face hurt, and I felt really bad. My mom said she’s never seen me look so ill before. She said it’s as if the life was being sucked out of me.
At the time I had no idea what was happening. I didn’t understand how I was picking up on his emotions and processing them through my own body which is why I felt so physically sick. After we parted ways, almost instantly I felt better. Since then, I’ve never felt like that ever again. I now am very aware of the energy I surround myself with and I choose to only be in environments that are positive and uplifting.
2. Stay in the Love Vibration
At all times you have the choice with what you want to focus on. You can choose to put fearful thoughts into your head or loving thoughts. Your physical body will react to the ‘mind food’ you are feeding it just as it reacts to the physical food you eat.
I’ve personally experienced that when I focus on fear, I get more pain in my body, and sometimes it’s an instant pain. Other times it is milder and not as noticeable.
Your thoughts affect your chakras and what is happening in your body. If you want to keep your immune system strong, become aware of what you are feeding your body.
How do your thoughts feel to you? If they feel good, then keep feeding yourself those thoughts. But if they feel bad, do your best to switch your thoughts to ones that feel better.

3. See Yourself As Healthy
Visualizing yourself as healthy can help to keep your immune system strong. The cells of your body can literally be changed by the energy you are feeding them. If you see yourself as healthy (even if you don’t feel completely healthy right now), it will help to transform your cells into what you want.
I listened to a video where a healer said that he was doing a seminar and people of all levels attended. He said that when he focused on the really sick ones, there wasn’t a ton of improvement within the group. He thought they needed more attention because they were sicker. So, he decided to change his approach and instead focus more on the ones that were doing well. He said that approach shifted the entire room. The really sick ones began to move up to the level of the well ones because of where his energy was focused.
You can also do this with yourself. See yourself as you want to be in a healthy, vibrant, strong way. This will begin to shift your immune system into one that is stronger.
4. Rest When Your Body Is Telling You It Needs It
The last natural way to boost your immune system is to be in tune with it and give it what it needs. If your body is craving rest, then allow it to have it without judgment.
In today’s busy world, it can be hard to get the rest you need every day with so much to do. I’ve found more often than not when you get run down and don’t rest, your body will get sick as a way to ‘force’ you to slow down.
But you don’t have to let it get that far. Take more breaks if you feel like you need to and listen to your body when it sends you the signal that it needs a break. It may be very subtle like a headache or a runny nose. Pay attention to what it wants you to do so that you can keep your immune system strong and healthy before it picks up too much momentum.
Your body is a messenger, and it can’t lie. It feels what is going on with your energy. If your immune system is not as strong as you want it to be, look around into your environment and what mental food you are feeding your body. Are you feeding it with information that will help it thrive or with information that feels bad?
Your body will let you know by how it feels. Your physical body is a great messenger to help you to see what is happening with you. It is always giving you feedback. Through making a few energetic shifts you can begin to change your body and support a healthier immune system.
