I’m sure you’ve heard that meditation is beneficial for you, but did you know that meditation can change your life? Meditation is a powerful tool for aligning your subconscious to begin to shape your life in the way you want.

It’s been said that 95% of our thoughts and actions come from our subconscious brain. That is why meditation is SO powerful in manifesting and for aligning your mind to the things you want.
When you are doing things from your subconscious, you don’t think about them, you just do them.
Imagine if you could train your subconscious to take actions that align with your goals.
Your subconscious could guide you towards a successful business or job opportunity, a healthy eating plan, your dream home, or really any of the manifestations you want.
The best thing is you don’t even have to think of how! Your subconscious just does it on autopilot if you are consistent and program it to find those things you want.
The more you can get the subconscious into alignment, the easier it will be to attract things you want to you.
How Meditation Changed My Life
Years ago, I considered myself a spiritual person but I barely meditated. Of course, there are different forms of meditation like going out in nature, being completely in the present moment, or deep breathing to name a few.
But there’s something to be said about actually sitting down and having a consistent meditation practice.
When I decided to get serious about meditation and focus on doing it every day, that’s when things really shifted for me. I found the biggest increase in my vibration came when I began to meditate every day.
Some interesting things that followed my daily meditation practice were:
- Getting rid of most of my clothes because it felt completely wrong to wear them (the energy was no longer me and gave me anxiety to wear them)
- Turing in a vegetarian
- Quitting alcohol
- Losing 36 pounds
- Becoming way more intuitive and increasing my claircognizance abilities (I receive tons of downloads of information now)
- Having way less anxiety
- Getting rid of all my physical pain
- Quitting caffeine (I seriously don’t know how I did this one!)
- Having a natural sense of well being
All these things naturally followed my meditation practice and I didn’t force any of them to happen. This was the first time in my life that losing weight was achievable and much easier for me. It’s something I struggled with my whole life.

When you are connected to your soul (which happens in meditation), you can easily follow its guidance towards how to find and create your life purpose or dream career.
By meditating you open up that doorway into spirit that will lead you to your highest path and highest joy for your soul.
2. Meditation Reduce Stress & Anxiety
Having no anxiety can be life-changing and I’m speaking from personal experience. Anxiety can stop you from doing many things that you want to do and are being called to do.
It’s hard to do anything if your anxiety is high because you feel frozen and the only thing you want to do is get rid of the pain and knots you feel in your gut or wherever your body holds your tension as everyone is different.
Meditation is one of the best ways to reduce stress and anxiety both as a preventative measure and as a way to relieve it when it creeps up on you.
Once you start a daily meditation practice, you will feel a natural sense of well-being which is ultimately how you should feel every day.
It’s natural for us to feel good and it’s how we’re supposed to feel. I know that’s difficult to believe if you’ve been dealing with anxiety for a long time. But you absolutely can change your state of being.
3. Meditation Supercharges Your Intuition
Meditation is one of the best ways to connect to your intuition. When you are in a meditative state, it is easy to access your intuition, your higher self, and your spirit guides. They are all on a higher vibration and when you meditate, you naturally raise your vibration, and therefore it is much easier to receive information from them.
4. Meditation Speeds Up Your Manifestations
As I mentioned above, when you meditate you naturally raise your vibration. The higher your vibration, the easier is to manifest (which is why beings in the 5th dimension and above can manifest things instantly).
It is also much easier to visualize during a meditation where you have easier access to your right brain. Your right brain is the creative side of your brain.
You can much more easily create vivid pictures with many details when you access the right hemisphere of your brain.
5. Meditation Reduces Physical & Emotional Pain
There are studies that show that meditation can change the structure of your brain. If you think of it, everything is energy and if you are feeding your brain different energy, it will react by feeding your body different energy.
Physical pain is directly linked to what is going on in your brain and if you can give your brain love and vitality, your body will also shift to match that energy.
6. Meditation Can Help With Addiction
When you raise your frequency (which happens when meditating), it is easier to let go of addictions.
We seek addictions when we are trying to deal with something and don’t know how or want to deal with it in a different way. They can be an escape and a way of stuffing down your emotions.
During meditation, you are more easily able to deal with and process your emotions in a safe way. This makes it less likely that you will turn to those addictions because you won’t have pain to stuff down if you are able to release it in meditation.
7. Meditation Can Change Your Body
As I mentioned above, meditation changed my body. The reason why meditation can change your body is that it helps you to deal with your emotions in a healthy way.
Often, we overeat because we are trying to deal with our emotions. Whether that’s anger, stress, sadness, or anxiety. If you can deal with your emotions through meditation, then you won’t feel the need to overeat.
Meditation can also help to control your cortisol levels which is directly linked to how much you eat.
It also raises your vibration which naturally causes you to eat less and crave healthier foods. You naturally gravitate towards things that are good for your body when you feel in alignment.
