Meditation has many benefits such as reducing stress, lowering anxiety, intuition development, transcending limiting beliefs, increasing energy, clearing your mind, connecting you to the universe, gaining deeper insights, and reducing depression.
iAwake Technologies promises to deliver transformative sound technologies unlike no other. But is it worth the money?
I tried iAwake’s meditations and here’s my honest iAwake technologies review.
Why is iAwake Technologies Different from Other Meditation Programs?
iAwake Technologies has unique meditation tracks that are unlike other programs. iAwake meditations are geared toward people who are passionate about waking up, healing, and making a difference. Their genuine approach and unique meditations really caught my attention.
One thing you’ll notice is how many different meditations they have. iAwake Technologies has a track for whatever you need. Their tracks range from euphoria to awakening to deep healing to re-enchantment.
They are unique because they use binaural beats that interact with your brainwaves to enhance your meditative experience. The tracks have been carefully engineered and tested. You can get more information about their technology HERE.
Personally, I have always had a hard time relaxing and getting into a meditative state. But with iAwakes Profound Meditation Program 3.0, I’ve found it much easier to get into a relaxed state quickly.
Why is Meditation Important?
First, I thought it was important to understand why mediation is so important. Meditation has really gotten a name for itself over the past decade, and it continues to get attention. Why is that? Because it is life-changing! Yes, I said it, life-changing!
- Meditation connects you to your soul, higher self, spirit guides, the universe, oneness, the earth, and a higher consciousness. When you are in a meditative state you receive information that just isn’t available to you at other times.
- Meditation changes your life. It can literally change your life by allowing you access to everything you need and want to create your life the way you want it. It can give you answers to simple everyday things such as “should I continue to drink coffee?” and much bigger things such as “what is my life purpose?”
- Meditation changes your mood. It can change your mood from angry to blissful. This in turn affects what you attract to yourself and what you manifest.
- Meditation helps you to be successful. Many successful people meditate and have been for years. Some people won’t even leave the house without meditating first because they know how their day will unfold if they don’t.
- Meditation heals you. It has been known to heal people of many ailments. I don’t usually like to make claims like this but go to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work and see for yourself. There are hundreds of testimonials showing how meditation healed people in miraculous ways.
- Meditation helps you break through limiting beliefs. Your subconscious mind controls 95% of your life. That is a lot! So, if you don’t like what is happening, then you have to go to the subconscious to shift its beliefs. This is easily accessed in meditation.
As you see, meditation is extremely important and beneficial to you. Give yourself 30 days in a row of meditation and start to see your world change before your eyes.
Problems that you’ve had for a long time will start to disappear as you gain new insights into how to fix them.
You will begin to attract the experiences you want without having to do all the hard work and effort that you are used to. Most importantly, you will feel good. You will feel as though you are connected to your heart and soul.
What is Epsilon, Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta & Gamma Brainwaves & Why Are They Important?
iAwake Technologies offers meditations that induce the brainwaves epsilon, delta, theta, and alpha. You’ve probably heard of these states but what do they actually do and why are they important?
Beta waves are the brainwaves that we typically have while awake. Epsilon, delta, theta, alpha, and gamma can be reached during meditation.
Meditation is a way to induce these brainwaves in a healthy, natural way. You can also reach these brainwaves in other less healthy ways that come with side effects such as stimulants, alcohol, or antidepressants.
But I’ve found meditation to be the most natural way to reach these brainwaves without the side effects.
It is optimal to have a balance of these brainwaves. You wouldn’t want to be in theta all day or you’d never get anything done and you wouldn’t feel good.
Most people are really busy and stay in beta for a good part of the day. This can make it more difficult to access information that is helpful to you such as hearing your intuition.
Epsilon – Frequency range: below 0.5 Hz – This state that is lower than delta has been found in seasoned meditators and yogis.
This led researcher Dr. Jeffrey Thomas to believe that this wave is a carrier wave for the ultra-fast brainwaves he discovered in expert meditators. He suggested that there is a curious circular relationship between the faster and slowest ranges.

Delta – Frequency range: 0 Hz to 4 Hz – These are slow brainwaves and as you get older you tend to produce fewer delta brainwaves. This is where you’ll find your deepest relaxation. These can often be found during dreamless sleep.
This frequency of sleep is all about growth and preserving your health. This is where your immune system gets strengthened and your muscles heal. So, if you spend too little time in this state, it can be damaging as this is when your body refills its energy reservoir.
Delta brainwaves are the ones responsible for the unconscious things such as digestion and how your heart beats. After a good delta meditation, you will feel refreshed like never before.
Trained meditators have been known to have stronger delta brainwaves. Delta brainwaves are also considered your connection to your intuition.
If you are looking to heal and strengthen your immune system, then try out a delta meditation.

Theta – Frequency range: 4 Hz to 8 Hz – You can reach this state while daydreaming or when sleeping. Theta waves are what allow you to feel deep emotions.
Theta is where you will find buried memories and unresolved issues. So, if you feel you need to do some shadow work and dive into your suppressed emotions, getting into theta will help you do that. While it may be uncomfortable, it is also extremely healing.
During this state, you are more highly suggestible and the likelihood of hearing something will stick with you more deeply. This is also a great place to be when using positive suggestions. Your intuition is also heightened during this state.
If you are looking to heal and dive into your emotions, try out a theta meditation.

Alpha – Frequency range: 8 Hz to 12 Hz – This links your conscious mind to your subconscious mind. When you are in alpha you feel good as serotonin is released in this state.
These brainwaves help you to calm down and promote relaxation. Your imagination is heightened in this state, and it can help you to find creative solutions to your problems.
They are also associated with peak performance states. If you are looking to be creative and more present, tune into your alpha brainwaves.
If you are looking to feel good, then try out an alpha meditation.

Beta – Frequency range: 14 Hz to 25 Hz – These brainwaves occur when you are focused on the external world, your goals, and tasks. They are related to high-speed thinking and processing.
Spending time here can lead to anticipation and determination. Beta brainwaves are related to excitement but also nervousness, addiction, or insomnia as they are related to body tension.
Gamma – Frequency range: 40 Hz to 100 Hz – High gamma states have been found more prominent in Tibetan monks which are associated with loving-kindness. This suggests that gamma brainwaves help you to be more harmonious.
These brainwaves are used for higher processing tasks that involve memory and learning. They are useful if you are doing a task that requires a lot of cognitive functions.
If you are looking for more harmony in your life, or a heightened focus and clarity, try out a gamma meditation.

8. No Annoying Ads or Distractions
If you listen to free YouTube meditations, you usually get ads. Many of the ads are starting to appear in the middle of the videos now. So, imagine getting into that state of relaxation only to be interrupted by an ad.
These tracks are ad-free, so you don’t have to wait for an ad at the beginning or get interrupted during your meditation.

iAwake Technologies Review Con’s
1. The Science Behind It Isn’t Easily Available
iAwake does have a technology page where they go into some of the details of the science behind their technology. However, there isn’t a ton of information, and it isn’t super easy to understand.
Personally, I’m not too concerned about the technology part. I like to try something out and see if it works for me. Plus, I’ve seen many testimonials on how well meditation works that I trust in the process. I’ve personally transformed many things in my own life through meditation.
But, if you’d like a super in-depth understanding of the science, you will likely have to do some research on your own.
2. It’s Not Completely Free
In this day and age, we get a lot of free stuff. If you want to listen to a meditation, you can easily go on YouTube and listen to one. You get a couple of free tracks but the other ones you pay for.
However, with that being said, there are no ads, if YouTube goes down you can still meditate, if the internet goes down, you can still listen if they are downloaded to your computer.
3. Too Many Products to Choose From (Can Be Overwhelming)
If you go to iAwakes store, it can be confusing and overwhelming to decide what to choose from. They have a ton of tracks and if you are a beginner, you may not know where to start.
My recommendation is to start with the 6 free tracks. After you see if you like them, you will have a better idea of what type of meditation you like doing and what length works best for you.
Final Thoughts: iAwake Technologies Review
