Meditation will help you to let go of those things you are holding onto and the thoughts in your head that aren’t particularly helpful.
Daily meditation will slowly move you into a new direction where you are at more peace and your vibration naturally raises.
2. Do Something Nice for Someone Else
When you are in a state of unhappiness, you may think that you need to fix something within you. You may feel like you need to really figure it out.
Although I do encourage working on yourself first, there can be times where doing something nice for someone else will make you feel better and take your mind off of whatever it is that is bothering you.
When you do something nice for someone else, you feel good and they feel good; it’s a win/win. This might be just what you need to shift your energy into a happier state.
It can be as easy as giving someone a compliment. Have you ever given someone a compliment and seen their energy completely shift?
Really pay attention to how someone lights up when you give them a compliment. Notice how their energy changes. As their energy changes, this will naturally change your energy as well. It is like a domino effect.
Giving someone a compliment is also an amazing way to connect with them. It allows them to let their guard down and be more open with you.
I’ve seen it over and over again. Just be sure it is a genuine compliment otherwise it won’t yield the outcome you are trying to create. They will know you aren’t being true, and your delivery of the compliment will be off. So, give them a compliment about something that you really, truly appreciate about them.
It’s always important to work on yourself but we are also on this earth to help others. So, doing something nice for someone else can really shift your energy into a much more preferred state.
3. Fresh Air
Nature is amazing for increasing your vibration. Even if you get 5 minutes of fresh air every day, it will significantly increase your vibration.
When you are outside, take in strong deep breaths and let the fresh air permeate through all of your cells. Really let the energy integrate into your body.

4. Find a Reason to Laugh or Smile
Smiling and laughing is very high vibrational energy and is also very contagious (in a good way 😊)
Try to find something that makes you laugh every day. Whether that is a tv show, something on the internet, or a person that is really funny.
You can also force yourself to start laughing even if you don’t feel like it. This will eventually turn into a real, genuine laugh after you get the momentum going. This is super fun to try in a group of people! You will be laughing in no time when you try this with someone else or a group of people.
At times, you may feel the need to hold back your laughter. For example, at work or during a meditation (I’ve been there!) But try to let it out. There is no point in stopping the high vibrational energy from coming out just to make sure other people aren’t uncomfortable. Imagine how we could shift the world if we all laughed and smiled a little more 😊
