How To Manifest Your Dream Body
How would it feel to manifest your dream body and have one that you absolutely LOVE and feel great in every day?! It would feel pretty darn amazing!
Having your dream body not only helps you to feel good but also enhances all areas of your life. When you are confident in one area of your life, it shines through to the other areas and they become better and better as well.
Having your dream body may help you to have better health, better relationships, more confidence to go after your career goals, and more enjoyment every single day.
Trust me, as someone who struggled with my weight for most of my life and was able to lose 37 pounds and keep it off, I know how it can feel to be on both sides of it.
So, you may be asking, is it possible to manifest my dream body?
The answer is YES!
You can manifest anything you want with the law of attraction, including your dream body. It doesn’t matter where you are right now or where you’ve been. From this starting point, you can begin to attract your ideal body and weight.
In this article, I am going to share a few tips with you to help you manifest your dream body, the same way that I did it. It is possible to manifest your dream body through intention, the law of attraction, and inspired action. These may seem unrelated to your weight, but I guarantee that they are all connected. Let’s get into it!
How To Manifest Your Dream Body
1. Decide It’s Happening No Matter What
The #1 most important first step is to decide that you are going to do it. When you make a decision and write it down or state it out loud, it sends a big message to the universe that you are doing it.
If you aren’t quite sure what you want and have only sort of made a decision, it’s harder for the universe to line up people and things to help you because it doesn’t really know what you want.
So, get out your journal and write out a statement that today is the first day of your journey to your dream body.
It’s also great to write it out on a card and carry it with you all day to keep bringing that energy into your experience. Or write sticky notes and place them all over your house that says what you DO want (not what you don’t want.) You can also change your screensaver to something that motivates you or that says your goal on it.

2. Be Authentic To You
There are thousands of different types of diets and ways to manifest your dream body, but everyone is unique and everyone has different needs. Make sure you are being authentic to yourself in all areas of your life.
Ask yourself, “ am I truly doing what I want in my life right now?”
I know you may be asking, “what on earth does this have to do with manifesting my dream body?” Well, I found that until I was truly authentic in my own journey, I held onto extra weight. It wasn’t until I fully stepped into my own authenticity that weight loss became easy and natural for me. I found that it was because I was following my heart and therefore, I didn’t crave unhealthy foods to fill that void in my life anymore.
3. Follow the Inspired Action and Your Intuition
Inspired action is a huge part of manifesting your dream body. Inspired action is very powerful and can produce amazing results. So, if your intuition is guiding you to do something or eat a certain way or go to a certain workout, listen to it! It knows exactly what your body needs to thrive.
After I decided to lose weight, I kept following my intuition and it led me to many new ways of eating. All of them were natural for me and nothing felt restrictive.
It first led me to do some intermediate fasting and then I became a vegetarian and then dropped processed food and then eliminate alcohol and eventually caffeine. But it didn’t happen all at once. It was a gradual process over a year where I naturally just found myself doing these things without trying to do them to achieve a certain result.
Inspired action is your higher self saying, come this way and let me show you exactly what you need to do to manifest your dream body.
4. Love Yourself (& Your Food!)
It will be difficult to lose weight if you don’t like yourself because you won’t think you deserve to lose weight. So, on a subconscious level, you will keep yourself where you are because you think that’s all you deserve. Or it may be as a way to punish yourself perhaps if you feel guilty or unworthy.
None of these are done on a conscious level, everything goes deeper. So, you may be punishing yourself because you feel guilty for something in the past (even if it was not your fault) and holding onto the weight because you think it’s all you deserve.

Saying loving words to yourself, your body, and your food will help to transform them into a higher vibration which will make it much easier to shape them. It is much easier to work with energy that is loving and high vibrational than low vibrational energy.
Everything is energy and everything responds to the energy we give it. Your body is energy, the food you eat is energy and the words you speak are energy. So, by making a small shift in how you feel, how you talk to yourself and your food can transform your body. You can also transform your food from low vibrational to high vibrational just by the words you say to it, as I mentioned in my Law of Attraction Rice Experiment.
5. Declutter To Manifest Your Dream Body
Declutter any clothes that you don’t feel good in. Clothes can hold memories and carry the energy of experiences that you’ve had. Some of these may feel good and others may not feel so good.
So, go through your clothes and get rid of any that feel bad to you. There is no use in having things that don’t make you feel good. This is also great to do with anything else in your space that doesn’t feel good.
Decluttering had many benefits, such as getting rid of old energy, helping you to think more clearly, helping you to connect to your intuition easier, and having a general sense of well-being.
Also, go through and get rid of any clothes that you don’t feel good in when you wear them. Maybe you have some clothes that you’ve only worn once or not at all because you don’t like how you look in them. It’s ok to get rid of them! Like I mentioned above, there’s no point in trying to force yourself to keep or wear something that feels bad.
Think of it in terms of the law of attraction, if you are wearing something that makes you feel bad, you’ll attract more things that make you feel bad but if you are wearing something that makes you feel beautiful, you’ll attract more things that make you feel beautiful. These can be things that will help you to manifest your dream body.
6. Embody the Energy of Your Dream Body Now!
How would you feel if you had your dream body now? How would you act if you had your dream body now? Really embody that energy.
The faster you embody the energy of what you want, the faster it will come to you. If you don’t know how to embody it, go back to a time when you were happy with your body, how did that feel? Really try and pull that feeling from wherever it is available to you.
Bottom Line: How To Manifest Your Dream Body
Manifesting your dream body is an internal process that extends out into the external world. How you feel inside and what you do will reflect on the outside.
So, be sure to take time while you manifest your dream body to get into alignment with self-love and your own authenticity, and watch what shows up! Things will begin to show up in your experience to help you achieve your ideal body goals. Be sure to also follow the inspired action and your own intuition when manifesting your dream body.
