How To Manifest Weight Loss In 10 Powerful Steps
If you are looking for tips on how to manifest weight loss, I have some that you may not have tried before. These tips are unique and helped me to lose weight fast.
I manifested a 40-lb weight loss and have been able to keep it off for over 3 years now. I struggled with my weight my whole life so being able to achieve this is a huge goal.
If you want to manifest weight loss and don’t know how to get started or think that it can’t happen for you, I’m here to help you. It is absolutely possible for you to do it too. If I can do it, you can do it.
How to Manifest Weight Loss
1. Make a Decision
When looking at how to manifest weight loss the first and most important thing is to make a decision. Making a decision is super powerful and it gets everything moving in the right direction.
When manifesting, you have to tell the universe what you want or else it will give you whatever it feels like. When you are specific and make a decision, it knows exactly what you want.
I recommend writing down your weight, measurement, and body goals.
How do you want to look?
What number do you want to see on the scale?
What measurements do you want to have?
Write these out and date them. It’s really important for tracking later.
2. Visualize A New You
The next step in how to manifest weight loss is to visualize yourself as you want to be. Get really specific about your features.
Now that you know what your dream body looks like, imagine having it.
What are you doing in your new dream body?
How do you feel in your new dream body?
What are people saying to you in your new dream body?
Begin to really allow your imagination to see this new version of yourself.
If it’s helpful, you can think of a time when you felt really good in your body, maybe when you were younger. Try to bring back that feeling and live in that feeling now.
You can also visualize having conversations with people who are noticing your new slimmer body. What would the people around you say when you’ve achieved this goal? Start to replay those conversations in your head over and over again.
3. Find Sweetness in Other Areas of Your Life
If you aren’t feeling satisfied in other areas of your life, you will likely turn to food to satisfy that sweetness.
In order to manifest weight loss, it’s important to feel fulfilled in your life otherwise it takes a lot of willpower to say no to food. When you feel satisfied you don’t require as much willpower and you naturally do not crave food to fulfill a void.
Take a look at your life and where you feel you could have more sweetness. Then journal some ideas of how you can bring that sweetness into those areas.
I guarantee once you start filling up other areas with more sweetness you naturally will not feel like eating as much food. I know from experience of losing 40 pounds.

4. Love Your Body
When manifesting weight loss, it is important to be loving to your body. If you keep saying how much you hate your body, then via the law of attraction you will receive more ‘being dissatisfied with your body.’
However, if you say how much you love your body, then via the law of attraction you will receive more ‘being happy with your body.’
Don’t worry, your body won’t stay the same if you love it. It will thrive and transform into more of what you want.

5. Be Kind to Yourself
Being hard on yourself won’t bring you your weight loss results any faster. It is important to be kind to yourself for a few reasons.
One reason is if you are being hard on yourself, you might have this need to want to rebel and therefore hold onto the weight. You don’t want to give into the mean voice and give it the satisfaction of getting what it wants.
Another reason is that when you are kind to yourself, it is much easier to believe in yourself. If you are constantly being told mean things, then you may have low self-worth and think that you aren’t capable of manifesting your dream body.
However, if you are always saying kind things to yourself, then you are likely to believe in yourself and your abilities much more. You feel like you can do anything, and that includes manifesting weight loss.
6. Say Positive Affirmations
Positive body affirmations will draw your dream body closer to you much quicker than not saying them. What you focus on expands.
So, if you focus on positive body affirmations, then things will be put in your path to help you lose weight faster and easier. They will be drawn to you like a magnet.

7. Wear Clothes That You Feel Good In
Donate any clothes that you don’t feel good in and only wear things that make you feel good. There is no point in wearing something that feels bad just because you have it. Someone else will appreciate it more.
If you wear things that you feel good and beautiful in, then you will attract feeling more and more beautiful. What will happen, is that your body will begin to shift to match that vibration.
If you are wearing things that you constantly think, “I don’t feel pretty in this”, then you will attract more not feeling pretty.
So, wear things that you love. Don’t worry about what other people think about them, it is what you think that matters. If you feel gorgeous, then you will attract more of that to you.
8. Do Things That Help You to Feel Confident
It’s important to feel confident when you are manifesting weight loss. You don’t have to fully feel this way all the time, but it helps keep you motivated.
If you feel confident, then when a hurdle comes up, you don’t quit. You know that you can overcome it and it doesn’t take you away from your goals.
Think about the things that make you feel confident. Maybe it’s when you wear a certain outfit, or when you are doing something creative, or exercising or baking. Whatever it is, do more of it.
Confidence in one area of your life helps you to keep confidence in all other areas of your life. This will keep you on track when manifesting weight loss. The better you feel, the easier it will be to lose weight and keep going.
9. Track Your Progress
Tracking is really important for any goal but especially for weight loss. Tracking helps you to see what is working and what isn’t so that you can adjust if you have to.
The biggest thing I’ve found tracking does is that it keeps you motivated. It may be hard to see your progress when you are in the middle of something but if you track it and then look at those stats often, you will see how far you’ve come.
You know how when you are losing weight you may not notice yourself and then you see a friend who you haven’t seen in a few months, and they tell you how different you look? That is how tracking works.
So, I suggest doing these things before losing weight:
- Take a before picture
- Take your measurements
- Weigh yourself
I weighed myself every day when I was losing 40 lbs and it really kept me on track. I felt really good and motivated when I lost weight.
If I gained weight or didn’t lose any, I stepped up my game and re-adjusted what I was doing. It was very helpful.
Also, what you focus on and give your energy to expands. So, if you are focusing on weight loss, you will get more of it
10. Eat Intuitively
Your body is unique and what works for someone else may not work for you. So, if you are looking at how to manifest weight loss, tune into your intuition and see what it wants to eat.
Ask yourself these questions before eating…
- Am I truly hungry right now? (Or just bored, upset, it’s the time that everyone eats, etc.)
- What do I really want to eat right now that would satisfy me? (Not what should I eat.)
- How does this food feel in my body? (Does it energize you, make you tired, feel good or feel bad?)
- How do I feel about this food that I’m going to eat? (If you think it’s ‘bad’ then it will be bad for you but if you think it’s good then it will be good for your body.)
Intuitive eating can take some practice but once you dive into it, you will feel satisfied because you are truly giving your body what it wants.

Final Thoughts – How to Manifest Weight Loss
As someone who’s lost 40 pounds, I have seen that manifesting weight loss is about loving your body and accepting it, even if you want to criticize it. It is about finding sweetness in other areas of your life so that you aren’t reaching to food to fill that gap.
