Balancing your chakras is an easy thing to do and it is good to balance them every day. You can balance them anywhere and at any time. You can be standing, sitting, in the shower, driving to work, etc. as you don’t need to be in a meditative state to do it.
The colors of your chakras are the same as the rainbow and go up your body in the same order:

The first chakra you will want to balance is your root chakra. It is located at the base of your spine and is the color red.
The root chakra has to do with your physical needs such as food, shelter, and financial security. It also has to do with your connectedness to mother earth. This chakra is fiery, vital, full of energy, and contains the will to survive.
Start by taking a deep breath and imagining a bright red vortex of spinning energy in front of and behind your body clearing out that area. Notice if you see any holes, weird shapes, or murky colors in this chakra as you breathe red into this area. Continue to focus on this bright red color until it feels clear, whole, and in balance.

2. How to Balance Your Sacral Chakra
The second chakra you will want to balance is your sacral chakra. It is located in the lower abdominal region below your navel and is orange in color.
The sacral chakra has to do with pleasure and enjoyment. It is where you feel and enjoy life from. It is the area where your creativity comes from, where your sexual energy resides, and where you feel your emotions.

The third chakra you will want to balance is your solar plexus. It is located just above the navel and is yellow in color.
The solar plexus has to do with self-empowerment and how you see yourself. It is where your personal power comes from.

The throat chakra has to do with communication. It is responsible for communication of all sorts and that includes how you communicate with yourself.

The sixth chakra you will want to balance is your third eye chakra. It is located between your eyes and extends to the back of your head. It is in the same spot as the pineal gland and is the color indigo.
The third eye is where you get your psychic seeing from. It is the chakra that allows you to see beyond this physical world. The third eye chakra is where you use your intuition to manifest your dreams into reality.

You may feel some pressure in the third eye. It is removing all the junk in this area that has built up and has never been cleared before. Continue to focus on this indigo color until it feels whole, clear, and in balance.
7. How to Balance Your Crown Chakra
The seventh chakra you will want to balance is your crown chakra. It is located just above your head and connects you with all that is. This chakra can be violet or white, use whichever color resonates with you.
Your crown chakra is responsible for providing you divine guidance and connects you with the oneness in the universe. This chakra helps to guide you along your path as it knows the big picture and has a birds-eye view.
