    1. Hi,
      You can go on them less. Maybe only allow yourself to go on them once a day and have a designated time when you will go on them and off of them. Give yourself a time limit to spend on social media. Also, noticing how it feels when you are on it. If you begin to feel bad, close your social media and take a break from it. Being very aware of what it is doing to your energy is important. You can also turn off notifications so that it isn’t distracting you throughout your day.
