High Vibration Diet: Change the Energy of Your Food
Did you know that you can actually raise the vibration of your food to a high vibration diet simply by the energy and focus you give to it? It might sound a bit out there, but food is energy and energy can change form to be something different than it currently is.
Some foods are naturally higher in vibration such as natural, organic foods. While other foods are lower in vibration such as processed, high sugar, non-organic foods.
Masaru Emoto’s experiments prove that you change the properties of water by the words and sounds you give to it. Therefore, you can do the same with your own food to get the most benefit out of it when you eat it.
High Vibration Diet: How to Raise the Vibration of Your Food
1. Bless Your Food
You can change your food to a high vibration diet by blessing it. Many people grew up blessing their food. While some people kept this habit, many haven’t. Blessing your food can help to raise the vibration of your food because of the gratitude and thanks you are giving it.
By giving it that loving energy and then putting it into your body, you are essentially putting that energy into your body. You are putting a love and appreciation energy into your body.
Before you eat, thank your food. Say a small blessing over it either in your head or out loud and appreciate it for being here for you to eat.
2. Say Kind Words to Your Food (& Yourself When Eating)
A neat little trick to raise the vibration of your food is to say kind, positive words to it. Be sure to also say loving and kind words to yourself as well. If you are being kind to your food but not nice to yourself then the energy will be neutralized. Giving loving energy to something and then eating it can help to raise its vibration.
So, you may say things such as:
- Thank you
- I love you
- I appreciate you
- You are wonderful
The same goes if you say angry words to your food. If you aren’t happy with it, wish you had something better, say mean things to it, and then eat it, you are putting that negative energy into your body. It won’t move through your body as smoothly and might cause you pain.
Notice if there are any foods that you eat that give you physical issues. Next time before you eat that food, try blessing it and saying loving words to it. Notice what it does in your body and how you feel after eating it. You can also do this with your beverages such as water or coffee.

3. Intend to Absorb All the Nutrients in Your Food
Another great tip to ensure that you are consuming a high vibrational diet is to set the intention to absorb everything good from it. Intend to absorb all the nutrients fully so that you are getting the benefits of the food.
If you are focused on the bad, then your dominant vibration will be to get the bad stuff. But if you are focused on getting the good stuff, that is what will happen.
A lady I know would do this at the grocery store and received many benefits. Every time she went by the healthy food, she’d intend to absorb the nutrients of that food. She often went into the store hungry and felt fully satisfied after she left without eating anything!
4. Store Your Food in a Healthy Environment
Where you store your food is also important as you can help to change it to a high vibrational food just by its environment.
If you are storing your food in a toxic environment, whether it be from toxic people or other things, it won’t be as high in vibration. If people are always arguing around the food, it will affect its vibration. If your food is right next to the chemical ant killer, it will affect it.
Be sure to keep your food somewhere that feels good to you and in a positive environment away from chemicals. It also helps if the space it’s in is organized and free of clutter. If you feel good when you see your food, it will help to raise its vibration.
5. Cook with Love
If you are cooking a meal with love, it will act differently in your body than without it. That’s why so many people think their mother’s food is so good; she cooks it with love to give to you.
If you are happy and enjoy cooking, then it will raise its vibration. However, if you are feeling resentful and angry and then cook a meal, that energy will transfer to your meal.
Do the best you can to try and stay in positive energy while preparing your food to ensure you are getting a high vibrational diet and it is providing you with the best experience.

What you think and how you treat your food are powerful. You can raise the vibration of your food to high vibrational food even if it isn’t that healthy. It all starts with intention.
Treat your food with love and gratitude and it will do the same in your body. Next time you eat, try a few of these tips and see if you notice a difference in how you feel and what your body does.
