What Are Body Love Affirmations?
Body love affirmations are affirmations that you say every day to bring a positive focus to your body. They help you to look at the good things about your body instead of the things you don’t like.
When you focus on what you like about your body and the good things, then your body transforms to match that vibration. Even if you are only pretending that you like things about your body, it will still transform because you are literally shaping it to match the words that you say.
What you focus on expands. So, if you focus on loving your body, you will eventually receive more reasons to love your body. You will feel good, and your body will transform to match that vibration.
Can Saying Body Love Affirmations Transform Your Body?
Yes, they can, and I have proof. I did a law of attraction rice experiment where I said kind, loving words to rice for 50 days and the rice kept its form, smelt good, and thrived.
I said mean, negative things to another jar of rice, and it transformed into moldy, stinky rice. It suffered because of the energy I gave it.
The third jar I ignored, and it was somewhere in between. It changed somewhat but it didn’t thrive like the rice I spoke loving words to.

How To Do Body Love Affirmations
• Record Yourself Saying Your Body Love Affirmations
One really powerful way to do body love affirmations is to record yourself saying them and then listen to them in your own voice. When you listen to words in your own voice, it feels more real than if someone else is saying them.
Of course, you can listen to other people saying positive affirmations as that is good too. But there’s more power when you hear them in your own words and voice.
• Stand In Front of the Mirror and Say Your Affirmations
Look yourself in your eyes and say your body love affirmations. Just as you might look at someone you love and say something positive to them. Do it with yourself. Your eyes are the window to your soul. So, if you can look into your eyes, you are saying them to your soul.
You can also look at your body while saying them, either dressed or naked. Really try to appreciate your body while you are saying them. If you find that it’s making you feel worse, then I wouldn’t do it that way until you can feel good and appreciative of your body. The more you say your body love affirmations, the more you will begin to appreciate your body.
• Say Your Body Love Affirmations in the Morning & Evening
For best results, I recommend saying your affirmations every day at least once a day. It would be beneficial to say them in the morning so that you are focused on body love throughout your day. It would also be great to say them before going to bed to impress what you want upon your subconscious mind while you sleep.
However, whenever you say them is better than not saying them at all. So, pick a time that works best for you that you know you will be consistent, and say them every day.

Writing out your body love affirmations in your own handwriting is much more powerful than typing them out. When you use your own writing, it causes your brain to mentally engage with what you are writing in a different way than typing them out.
Yes, typing is faster, but you want these affirmations to become a part of you and connect with you. The best way to do that is to write them out in your own handwriting.

Saying something over and over again helps to wire it into your brain and create a new belief. A belief is just a thought you keep thinking. So, if you are repeating what you want, you will eventually believe it.
Once you believe something, then you start to feel differently, and you begin to take different actions which leads to different results.

For best results, you want to be doing your body love affirmations every day. You need to be consistent in order to get results. You are training a muscle. The same way you train your muscles at the gym. If you only go once a week then you won’t get the results you want.
Once a day is great but if you can do them twice a day that’s even better. As I mentioned earlier first thing in the morning is really powerful and so is right before bed. However, the most important thing to consider is when you will actually do them. Pick a time you know you will stick to.
