3D is very heavy and dense and contains a lot of restrictions and negative emotions. All emotions are neutral but the way we perceive them on earth is by giving them labels such as negative and positive. However, emotions do vibrate at a different frequency.
Our planet is going through a shift of consciousness to a 5D consciousness. In 5D you experience much more positive emotions and less density. In 5D you also manifest a lot faster.
The biggest difference between 3D and 5D is how energy moves. Everything is energy and 3D energy moves much slower than 5D energy. It literally vibrates at a different speed.
This is why in 5D your manifestations are much quicker and your intuition is much clearer. The lightness of 5D opens everything up.

3D is a very dualistic universe where we experience separation. It’s very much about competition and singularity.
As you move into 5D consciousness you’ll experience much more oneness with everyone around you.
You’ll begin to see that you are connected to everyone and everything. This includes people, animals, nature, etc. You’ll see that the actions you take affect the whole and vice versa.
Moving into 5D consciousness is about experiencing less separation NOW. Choosing to do things for the good of the whole vs. the good of the individual.
As you get closer to 5D consciousness you will experience more closeness with individuals and everything on earth as you see how it is all connected.
You’ll see that once you combine your energies with other people who have the same goal, your manifestations speed up immensely because everyone is working towards the same goal.

Fear is not something you’ve been born with but something that has been taught to you. It may have been programmed into you by various people in your life such as your friends, parents, co-workers, teachers, the news, the tv, or the internet.
There are certain beings on the planet who thrive off of fear and they have tried to keep all of us in that state especially through tv, the news, and the media.
All this is changing right now and throughout this great awakening (that hit on a grand scale in 2020), many people are dropping that fear.

People who are very much in 3D are holding onto the fear as they believe the news and media. But if you are moving more into 5D consciousness, you can see through and fear and don’t allow it to control you.
It can be hard to stay out of fear at times when there is so much going on and when everywhere you look, they are promoting fear.
But it’s your job as a 5D being to stay away from that fear and see the truth for what it is. Fear will not help you to manifest or ascend to 5D. Fear is an illusion of the 3D experience.
What you focus on expands. So, focus on fear and that’s what you’ll create. Focus on abundance, love, peace, and happiness and that is what you will experience.
The best way to disconnect and stay out of this fear is to go less on social media and the news.
The news only has fearful things to say and most of it isn’t even true. Understand that they have a certain agenda and it’s not to help you. See it for what it is and you will truly be free as you keep yourself in the higher 5D states of consciousness.
#3 – 5D Consciousness Habit – Manifest from Your Heart Vs. Your Ego
As you shift to a 5D consciousness you will find yourself connecting more to your heart and less to your ego.
When you are in 3D, you are very connected to your ego.
Your ego is that voice that identifies you. Your ego says, “you are good at math or you are bad at sports.” Your ego also likes to pop up to tell you that you aren’t good enough. Or that you need to have certain things to be worthy.
Your ego is only trying to protect you, but it often holds you back especially from manifesting.
So, as you move more into 5D consciousness you’ll find your ego gets quieter and your heart gets louder. This is a good thing!
Your heart knows what you want and what will make you happy. Your ego only thinks it knows best, but it doesn’t always know what will make you happy.
You also manifest WAY quicker from your heart than from your ego.
Really tune into your heart and soul and ask it what it wants to manifest. This will connect you much more to 5D consciousness than your ego.

In 5D consciousness, you are moving into an abundance mindset vs a lack mindset. 3D is all about lack, fear, and scarcity. While 5D is all about abundance, prosperity, and more than enough.
3D is a lower density, so the lower vibrational mindsets are more prominent here. These are all the ones that tell you that you aren’t powerful and that you can’t be abundant. This is also where you may think you have to work very hard to get what you want.
5D consciousness is all about making things easy while attracting abundance. It knows that you are a powerful creator and that you deserve prosperity.
As you move from 3D consciousness to 5D consciousness you’ll begin to drop the lack mindset that tells you that you aren’t worthy and shift to an abundance mindset.
You can start doing that today by recognizing all that you have around you and tuning into abundance. Via the law of attraction, you’ll attract more abundance to you.

Another great way to move into a 5D consciousness is to drop judgments that you have about other people and yourself.
I find especially spiritual individuals can be the hardest on themselves. So, it’s worth it to give yourself some love and accept yourself for who you are without judgment.
5D is all about unity consciousness and oneness so when you judge someone else, you are essentially judging yourself. I know it isn’t easy especially if someone hurts you. But it’s worth it to raise your vibration and consciousness to let go of any judgments you have and allow others to have their own truth.
Recognize that everything is ok and perfect just the way it is. If you or someone else did something in the past it doesn’t make either of you a bad person. Everyone is human and doing the best they can.
#6 – 5D Consciousness Habit – Use Your Intuition More (Feminine Energy & Allowing)
In 5D consciousness, you connect to your intuition quite often and you trust in its guidance. It’s great to start doing this now as it will help you move into 5D.
You may have noticed that earth got a little crazy in 2020 and you’ve had to tap into your intuition to find the truth about things that maybe didn’t make sense to you. This is great!
In 5D, nothing can be hidden from you because your intuition knows the truth. It can feel truth.

One isn’t better than the other, they are just different. It’s important to have a balance of both.
However, 3D is much more masculine, so 5D is bringing more feminine energy into balance the planet and each individual. It doesn’t matter if you are a man or a woman, we all have both masculine and feminine energy within us.

As you move into 5D consciousness, it’s important to drop any restrictions and limiting beliefs that you have. These are the things that tell you that you can’t do something.
In 5D you know that you can do anything you want and you’ve only been programmed to believe otherwise. It’s important to recognize any restrictions you have and then work on letting them go to move you more into 5D consciousness.
This may take some time and can be challenging but you’ll find as you drop restrictions, you’ll feel better and better.

It’s important to be aware of what you are giving your attention to in 5D. You will become more aware as you tune into your intuition of what doesn’t feel good.
Take notice of what you are giving your attention to that doesn’t feel good and then shift your focus. There’s no need to give your attention to anything that feels bad because it lowers your vibration and keeps you in 3D.
This may look like you watching less news or tv. Much of what you see on the news media is fake and is fearful.
There’s no reason to be in fear. Fear isn’t helpful and can cause physical and emotional disturbances in you because the frequency is so low. You are moving out of that as you ascend to 5D consciousness.
As you move more into 5D consciousness you’ll become very aware of what feels good and resonates with you. You’ll choose to do more of those things and less of the things that don’t feel good and that no longer resonate with you.

The more you incorporate these 5D habits, the faster you’ll raise your consciousness and frequency. This will move you closer to 5D earth where things are quite different than 3D.
